Story

I travel to London  every day by train but on 1st December I will be giving up my seat to walk home to raise funds for our ex service men and women who have hit hard times through physical or mental injury while on active service or just finding it hard to survive in Civvy Street after completing their time serving us all on duty with our armed forces. If you can donate something - even small it will make a difference to them this Christmas and beyond through the ongoing work done by Walking With The Wounded.

We did it foot sore but elated we reached the 50 mile target at 3.30pm on Saturday after leaving the Cenotaph in whitehall at 9.30pm the previous evening. Thank you for your generosity to this great cause. Walking alongside the inspirational Jaco Van Gass and Ed Parker (founder of Walking With The Wounded) who were in the team that  Prince Harry joined on their 2011 WWTW North Pole trek was a truly humbling experience. A fantastic total raised. Some pics below of the walk.
