Hi guys!

On 26th September i will ran the longest distance I've ever run in my life. In preparation for the London Marathon in May (fingers crossed) I will be running the Greenwich half marathon and I'm aiming to do it in under 2h 30 minutes! Big Challenge!

I'm raising money for Friends Supporting Millwall Rugby Football Club, which aims to promote the sport of rugby within the community in East London and particularly youth rugby within the Isle of Dogs area. The Charity and the club associated with it is making a great work in developing the sport and bringing together the community in the Isle of Dogs.
