I ran the London Marathon again this year for Seafarers UK in 4 hours 24 minutes.

Seafarers UK is a national charity that fundraises and gives grants to organisations that help serving or ex-serving seafarers from the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Merchant Navy or fishing fleets, and their families, its work is very valuable and makes a real difference to the lives of lots of people.
