I'm going to the Falkirk Wheel on August 28th - by bicycle!

 

That's over THIRTY miles. I'm going to do it on my bike (see the image there) - a rusty, gearless old Raleigh called 'Susan Transit'. Please sponsor me a few pounds and it'll all go to making me feel quite good, but the big bonus is that every penny of it will go to Oxfam and the work it does worldwide.
