Story

On September 19th, I will be attempting to complete the Great North Run (13.1 miles) for The Isaiah Trust. As someone who is definitely not known for her sporting ability, this will be a pretty big achievement for me. But it'll all be worth it if I can raise some money for this amazing charity. For more details about the charity's work visit http://www.isaiahtrust.org/

In 2006, I spent 5 weeks staying with The Isaiah Trust in Kibos, Kenya. I stayed at the rehabilitation home which was home to around 15 boys aged 8-16 at the time. It was an amazing experience, and the boys were all so wonderful that it would be an absolute pleasure to be able to raise some money to help the Trust keep doing the amazing work they do.

I know budgets are tight these days, but The Isaiah Trust is a small organisation with incredible aims, and all money given will make a genuine difference. So please dig deep, and keep your fingers crossed for me!
