Football Gambia (FG) is a small non-profit UK charity which promotes education through football in the Gambia, (West Africa). We work with communities, football clubs/ academies and schools. We ensure that all youth players attend school and live a healthy lifestyle! The players then benefit from quality football equipment and professional coaching.

The football matches will be against youth football coaches, teachers, business owners, GFA members basically anyone that works with the charity. The venue will vary from the only astro turf pitch in the Gambia (Brikama) to the hustle and bustle of Serrekunda. One thing is guaranteed - there will be a lot of Gambian people watching the games!!

I will be allocated a school and a football club/academy which I will be going to visit. Money raised will go towards educational material and football equipment which I will present to the school and youth football club.
