Story

Hi Guys!!

I've decided to do the 'Great South Run' this year. It's for a good cause, Multiple Sclerosis. www.ms-research.org.uk.

I'm hoping to raise at least £300 and am a bit short of time in doing it. If you could please sponsor me even if it's only £1 that would be a great help. For those Roman Abramovich's of you out there any larger donations you would like to make would be hugely appreciated.

As part of my training I need to give up alcohol for a month, as you will know this is going to be a marathon in itself, got to be worth a donation surely.

Please, please click on the link to make a contribution...

Thanks for your help,

Ross
