So Run Snapey Run isn't quite true!! Last year I decided that having run the London Marathon in 2016 I'd quite like to try and achieve the London Classics which means completing Ride London 100 and the Swim Serpentine 2 mile event. This was meant to be completed over a two year period but having entered Swim Serpentine before the ballot results came out for Ride London (just in case they sold out!!) and then miraculously getting a ballot place for the ride at first attempt I thought I might as well crack on and get them both done this year.

When I started training for the swim I could swim the grand total of 1 length of a pool front crawl so I was not that confident that I could do it but I've persevered and I'm now up to 2k!! The Ride training is long and time consuming but I've really enjoyed it and have bought shiny new wheels and proper shoes!!!!!!

The training has been a huge distraction for me at a time that I have most needed it and I am grateful to all of my training buddies for keeping me company.

I am grateful for every single penny that is donated to The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation and for all the support everyone is giving me to achieve my goal of getting The London Classics bling!!!!!
