This year it will be 2 years since our friend Jon died, last year we 'spread some yay in May' doing acts of kindness in his memory. 

This year we are joining Charlie, Jon's children and Jon's friends in trying to cover as many Kms as possible to get to 1000km in May!

We know that exercise has many benefits, including improved mood, better sleep and improved memory so we're going to dedicate our distance this month to Jon and try and raise funds in his memory.
