Following on from completing Everest Base camp in 2007 the next challenge has presented itself in climbing the three highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours.

The PCA and Motor neurone Disease are two charities which I have a lot of passion for and have had alot of dealings with over the last couple of years.

I am really looking forward to the challenge, and I hope I get just as many great memories as I did from my last trek to Nepal.
