As many of you know the military has and still does play a very big part in my life. Having made a number of forces friends over the years through my time within the military, I have seen first hand the effect that deployments can have on the children of Military personnel, especially if a parent or loved one is lost in combat.

Scotty's Little Soldiers is dedicated to supporting the children of men and women killed while serving in the British Armed Forces. The charity provides Christmas and birthday gifts, treats, trips and activities for the families of the fallen as well as enabling them to use the charity holiday lodges in order to get back on track and deal with the tragic consequences with the support of other children in the same situation.
