2010 Virgin London Marathon

Hello everyone.

You may not already be aware, but i will be running the 2010 Virgin London Marathon.

I will be running and raising money this year for Hospice in The Weald which is based in Pembury Kent.

Last year a close friend of mine was under the Hospice's care during the final few weeks of his life. The staff, do an impecable job, at what is a very sensitive time for all involved.  

So ill try and raise as much money as possible by pulling myself around the streets of London!!!

This means, no more cream cakes, Pints of Guiness and and KFC family sized buckets...
Infact over the next three months i intend on turning myself into a spartan warrior ready to take the marathon bull by the horns and come through in a respectable time!!

What's more i have the hopes of a charity resting on my shoulders, so i have even more reason to complete it, even if i have to crawl over the line using only my teeth :)

Please open up you're wallets and purses, and donate whatever you can to TEAM RYAN... You all know I'm a generous person, so it's time to repay the favour for a good cause!!!

What's more, any one who isn't hungover on the morning of April 25th, it would be much appreciated if you could make the journey to London to cheer me on!! I'm going to need it guys!!
