We are just £95 from our target! Please help if you can. We are currently at the 40 mile stop with 28 to go, soaked through by torrential rain but still smiling!

Please drop by this page and leave a little something to help Michael Sobell keep on caring for those at the end of their life journey. The obvious love shown at the hospice is quite wonderful and every donation helps it continue. Thank you in advance :0)

Thanks Richard, Steve and Helen for kicking us off; and yes, fully clothed...unless perhaps we break £10k?

It's been a while since the semi-naked Santa dash back in December 2011 so I thought it about time for another challenge. When I tried the Oxfam 100km hike some years back I managed only 77k so this year Peter Ingram and I are cycling 100km from London to Brighton for the Michael Sobell Hospice in Northwood. Pete successfully rode to Amsterdam last year so he's an old hand at this - together we hope to make it into Brighton frok breakfast at Bills!

Please dig deep - even a tiny donation makes all the difference. £100 covers nearly 10 hours of nursing care for people who really need support and love at the end of their lives.

We have set a target of £2000 between the two of us and hope to smash this.

Thanks in advance and apologies for the plethora of emails you will no doubt receive between now and June 29th 2012
