On 11 July 2010 eleven SEPT employee's and a service user from the Early Intervention Team will be running The British 10k, the most glamorously routed 6.2 mile road race in the land. Passing the Tower of London, Piccadilly, Pall Mall and Buckingham Palace to name a few of the sites, the runners will be risking getting rather hot and sweaty - or worse - to raise money in aid of Bedfordshire and Luton Mind.
