We help veterans and their families to live the life they deserve after service

Story

At the end of July 2010 four Ex-Military lads working in Ramadi, Iraq, will take part in the first ‘Gym4Heroes’ Challenge in the Military gym at Camp Ramadi, Iraq. The team consists of Mick Cahill (Ex-RLC/RGJ), Dave Waite (Ex-RM), Chris Tebbutt (Ex-RGJ) and Guy Millar (Ex-RM). The SET19 Team will endeavour to continuously run (on treadmills) for 12 hours, each member running for 3 hours of the 12. The ‘Help for Heroes’ (www.helpforheroes.org.uk) Charity provides direct support for servicemen and women injured whilst serving their country in current and past conflicts.

“It’s about the blokes, our men and women of our Armed Forces”

So please give what you can, it all helps no matter how small, thank you.
