Gulp. Why did I sign up for the Windsor Half - it's meant to be one of the worst around because of the hills. Oh dear.

I desperately need some motivation to keep me going when I hit another hill and feel sick - please will you sponsor me so I really can't give up?

The Norwegian YWCA is the most amazing place in London; they have the biggest heart in this massive city and look after people so well.

Unfortunately they're in desperate need of some money to replace the bathrooms in order to keep going. And being a charity, cash is sparse.

Anything you can donate is a great help! Both to keep me running on the day and to the Norwegian YWCA. A fiver is great - for £50 I'll do a sprint finish - mabye.
