Story

Oh God, this again. So I've been connived into running the Brighton Marathon once more. I don't remember how this happened, I was drunk or someone's life was at stake or something. Nevertheless it has meant a winter of padding up and down the seafront braving howling winds, freezing rain, wrenched limbs, gunfire, hungry bears, nipple rash and other miscellaneous hideous terrors.

Your side of this bargain you never knew you'd made is merely to fork over a modicum of gold for my elected charity, Impact Initiatives. They do a lot of good work in the local community which you can read about here. They are deserving of your coin, and even a small donation will help.

The race is next Sunday 15th April, so the fundraising timescale is a little tight. I've been wrestling with various foot/leg injuries for over a month now and it was touch-and-go as to whether I'd go through with it. The training schedule has been somewhat interrupted but I'll bluster through somehow I'm sure.
