So I've been roped (couldn't help myself) into this Abseil off of the holiday Inn Express. I'm really not looking forward to it as I'm not a lover of heights. In fact me and heights don't get on one bit. But one of my family friends is greatly helped by Case Training and we really appreciate what they do. I'll try and forget my little problem and try to raise some hard earned cash for this very worthy cause.
