Well due to a knee injury I will not be able to run this event and will find out in two weeks (24/02) if I am going to be able to walk it!

If not I will honour everyones donations and sign upto another Half marathon later this year and will of course keep you all updated.

Ive been unable to train for 4 weeks now and its so frustrating, but under the physio's orders im on a strictly no running training course!

I HAVE BEEN TOLD I CAN WALK IT, I WILL BE DOING THIS EVENT!!!! MAYBE NOT RUNNING BUT I WILL GET AROUND!!!!

Well thats it i've signed myself up for the Adidas Silverstone half marathon! The training has begun and i'd forgotten how much I enjoy running (which I guess would help as its a half marathon!)

I have decided to run for the Breast Cancer Campaign because breast cancer has affected my family.

It made me think about my own health and how I could help to support those involved with the research into this disease, maybe in time the cure will be found.

Ive just completed the Adidas womens 5k in hyde park in a personal best of 29mins so there is hope that i may finish the half marathon before the sun sets!!!
