Helen and I, in yet another moment of 'let's just do it as somehow we will get through it' (better known as insanity), have decided to attempt the Three Peaks Challenge over the weekend of September 11th and 12th!

For those of you (and some would say quite sensibly), prefer your exercise to be in the form of shopping at the likes of Selfridges, Brown Thomas, Printemps or David Jones, we are attempting to climb within a 24 hour period, (and survive with all our limbs, sanity and good humour intact!):

Scotland - Ben Nevis at 1,343m

England - Scafell Pike at 978m

• Wales - Snowdon at 1,085m

Instead of just paying to participate in the challenge, we have elected to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness and would be very grateful if you could make a donation on our behalf.
