They use the money by helping families that have to deal with this horrible disease, they also fund research and raise awareness. To find out more about them go to www.childrenwithcancer.org.uk.

So you are probably wondering who SJBF  is, Sammy Jo Brandon was a beautiful bubbly 29 years old that lost her battle to Triple Negative Breast Cancer on the 14th May 2018. When Sammy Jo  was going through chemotherapy she often spoke about young children and babies having to go through similar treatment, this upset her immensely and promised that she would help them in some way once
she had recovered from her own illness. Unfortunately she got the devastating news that the Cancer had returned in her brain and lungs and only had weeks to live. Over the following weeks there were a lot of hard conversations with her, one of them being about children dealing with cancer, so raising money at her funeral to help them was very important to her. SJBF has been set up to help remember her and to continue to show how loving & caring she was. Everyone has children in their lives at some stage, imagine if they became ill, wouldn’t you want to know that through research that it was possible to treat them successfully and have
Children with Cancer UK to
help you deal with it. By sponsoring the Marathon runners you are helping to save a child’s life any donation big or small is so appreciated.

Thank you so much for your support.
