It is with a heavy heart that we have to say mum passed away at 2:30pm Saturday 25th July. In her closing moments we were together as a family as she would have wanted. She did not suffer, and was not in pain which is a true grace. We have decided as a family that a Just Giving page to St Theresa's Hospice would be better than flowers and cards. The team from St Theresa's were amazing at the end comforting and supportive.
