Call it a mid life crisis, but needs must, as I challenge myself to add excitment and push myself do do things that neither myself or others would expect of me.  On Sunday the 5th September 2010, I will start on the road to ticking my list of things I need to do and will abseil down the iconic Earls Court in London.  For those of you that have done this before it may not seem much but for me the equivalent of 5 double decker buses on top of each other is a good place to start. 

So dig deep and help me raise money for Retail Trust, who offer a range of services to all people working in and retired from retail. They give support to people who are in dire financial difficulty, those suffering from physical and mental abuse, and witnesses and victims of gun and knife crime, as well those affected by a range of other unforeseen circumstances that life can throw at any one of us.
