My name is Sarah Andrews and this year I will be taking part in the London to Paris Bike Ride from the 22nd September to 26th September 2010. I will be cycling 300 miles over the 4 days, through Kent countryside to then cross the Channel at Dover to Calais. And then cycling through French country lanes and traditional market towns to finish at The Eiffel Tower.

My chosen charity is the East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) which is very close to my heart as myself and my husband Preston have four daughters and we are thankful every day for their health and wellbeing.

Please help me to raise the much needed funds for the three Hospices within the organisation as they act as a welcome support for many families with children and young people with life threatening conditions and complex healthcare needs.

EACH is a registered childrens charity which relies on public support for the majority of their required income (around £5.8 million) per year, voluntary income and your support is absolutely vital.
