After running the Vitality West London 10k on Sunday 15th November 2015 in aid of Mind- the mental health charity, I have decided to continue to support and highlight this amazing charity- so I have joined Team RED!

Team RED (Run Every Day) in January- will be doing just that- running every day- whether 1k or 10k- but everyday!

Outrunning depression one day at a time.... #strongbodystrongmind....

I asked so many times for my 10k, I am not expecting donations- however making this public ensures I commit to the challenge!!!

However, that said- please consider sponsoring a day in January for me, no matter how small your donation or even just your coffee money for that day!! :-) 

Mental Health issues really can affect anyone at anytime; they have affected me and those close to me and charities such as Mind provide vital resources to support sufferers, their families and friends.
