Friends and supporters, please meet Seedor Pah Ya Bu. He is a 32 year old bull who is currently working in tourism. He has been DONATED to our project and we are deeply grateful to those who made the decision to rescue him. 

Due to the kindness of a committee of important monks in Thailand he now has the opportunity to live out his life in freedom and dignity at our LIFE project. The monks wanted to rescue an elephant from a life in tourism and release that elephant from a working life to live a life with as much freedom as possible. 

We are deeply honoured that after an evaluation period our LIFE project has been chosen for this beautiful bull. With access to thousands of acres of forest we hope to integrate him in time to the other elephants at our project. He is gentle in nature and healthy and strong so we see no issues in him adapting in time to life in the forest. 

He will need time and support from our team of dedicated mahouts and we will take his transition slowly and gently as is in line with our approach to everything we do. 

We have a researcher in place to document his transition to add to our on going research project. 

Pah Ya Bu's life is about to change forever and we are incredibly excited to watch him adapt to a life of freedom in a vast area of natural habitat. 

He has been DONATED to us but we URGENTLY need to cover costs for his transport / our team and his new mahout.
