Story
Well, this is the biggie for me - I always said if I was ever going to do a marathon, it would be London. And as I wanted to do it before I was 40, I'm running out of time a bit!
I'm going to need as much support as I can get and I know I can rely on my friends and family to be there for me when I need them; even if it's just to remind me how crazy I am to be doing this!
It's all in a good cause as well - I'll be raising £2,500 for Help The Hospices; a fantastic charity that supports hospice care throughout the UK. And I'll be running in memory of my Dad as I know he'd be my number 1 supporter.
If you'd like to donate, it's easy and secure with this JustGiving site. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. Or if you'd prefer not to donate online, I'll also have a paper sponsorship form so just let me know how much you'd like to give.
Thanks so much for your support - it really does mean so much to me.
