Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  Now that you're here, get your credit card out and make a donation!

I am delighted to report that despite the sunny sunshine's best efforts to thwart me, I did in fact get round that scenic route of Gothenburg, albeit fairly well cooked by the end!  It took me 10 minutes longer this year, staggering across the line in 2:27:18, but with a new and improved position, 6 whole places above last year's! Hurrah!

Thanks again for your support, it's much appreciated by me and Trinity Hospice, who can do so much good with your money.  (So could I for that matter!)

See you next year.........!!

You may recall that last year, I ran my first half marathon and vowed it would be my last. Unfortunately for me, I have a very short memory, and so this weekend, I will be retracing my steps around the lovely city of Gothenburg, hoping to look a little less red of face, but knowing that I am about to reach a whole new shade of purple!  So please support my efforts by making a donation to Trinity Hospice, an amazing facility in south London, which provides care for people with advanced illness.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are completely safe - JustGiving will never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money goes directly to the charity and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you so much.
