On Saturday 17 th July, along with 5 other friends, I cycled the Coast to Coast cycle ride from Workington to Sunderland .  The total distance was around 136 miles and we completed this in under 15 hours.

I would like to support Epilepsy Research and this seemed to present the perfect opportunity to raise some money through sponsorship.
