8 years ago my gran fell seriously ill and was taken to Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport, where she stayed for a number of weeks.  Gran made a miraculous recovery and thanks to the hospital, the staff and the support the family received we were able to have a further 8 years with the Queen of Woodford!

Towards the end we became dependant on a particular ward, the Critical Care Unit.  Despite Grandad supplying the nurses with biscuits during grans stay we can never say thank you enough for all they did and letting gran home for our final Christmas.

We set up this charity to give something back to all those who helped, to allow the ward to get some seats that don’t make your bum numb and to make other peoples stay there as comfortable as possible.
