Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As most of you know, I have run a half marathon before, but never one as tough as the Great North Run. I have been training hard through the summer (turning down nights out drinking and swimming hundreds of laps of the pool on holiday etc etc!) in order to be able to manage the hills! So, why am I asking you to sponsor me?

1) The charity is a great cause, doing an amazing amount of work to help support adults with learning disabilities to live their lives to the full.

2) My boss is the Chairman of the Charity and he might fire me if I don't raise enough money!!!!

I know we all get loads of requests for sponsorship but if you are persuaded by either of these arguments, please be as generous as you can for this great cause....every little helps!
