So, London Marathon number 3. 

And final London Marathon! Yes, I know I've said that before, but injuries and the freezing conditions this year make me realise I can't do this again, at least my aging body can't. And after all, how many people can say they have run one marathon let alone 3. So please help me make a difference and raise as much as I can, too many people I know have lost the battle against cancer in the last year.

Cancer touches us all, we all have friends and family who've been affected by it, and more and more of the people we love are still around thanks to the great work that scientists all over the world are doing every day. In an ideal world we wouldn't need charities to fund this research, but as we do charities such as AICR do an amazing job.
