On the 19th September my friend and I are taking part in the Great North run to raise money for Epilepsy Research UK.  I am doing this in memory of my Nephew, Damien.  Damien suffered from epilepsy and I was always really proud of how he handled it.  I want to do my bit to try and help someone with epilepsy and think taking part in this event is a good way of doing it.

Epilepsy Research UK are the only charity in the UK funding epilepsy research.

Please give generously to help this great charity..
