I have done the 2012 bike ride it was a nice day out 115 miles to raise money for the vital work of the British Red Cross to see the photos go to www.bike-ride.webe.com
A big enough challenge as it is - but it is made more challenging for me due to the fact that I was injured some time ago, leaving me unfit.
