1st hurdle cleared, the Leeds Half Marathon, completed in 1hr 58min. Next is the Leeds 10K, Great North Run and building up to the London Marathon next year. Will be training 3 days a week now until the Marathon hopefully doing at least 22K each week until Christmas where I will up it to be ready for  London.
