Story
Thank you for visiting this fundraising page for Scott.
I know all of you will be as shocked and saddened by the sudden death of Scott last tuesday evening, for those of you who knew him well will understand the loss being suffered by his family and in particular his 2 children Alexandra, 13 and Aaron, 10. I have had the priviledge of managing Scott for a short period but have known him for a number of years. He was quite simply one of the nicest guys I have even met, he was very popular at work and above all else treated people with respect and dignity, in fact he treated people just like he would have wanted to be treated by them, i just wish there were more people like him around, the world would be a much nicer place to live in.
The choice of charity is an excellent one, and was Sharon's idea. I know that they do a lot of good work for friends and families left behind in tragedies like this as well as a tremendous amount for those suffering with heart conditions, they are a great organisation.
I think the photograph sums up so much about Scott with the Canadian heritage so clearly visible to all and in the great outdoors, representing Scott's free spirit.
You will be sadly missed Scott and I hope in death, through this fundraising activity, you will be able to help others who suffer with heart conditions, you would have wanted nothing less.
Thank you.
