Inspiration leads to perspiration!

I was looking for something that would benefit a great cause and be a different physical challenge- The Commando Challenge fits the bill.

Jane my wife, Megan my daughter and some good friends are part of the team.  Looking forward to the whole event and to raise as much money as possible - the Devon Air Ambulance is a charity that supports a vital service - (really brought to the fore with the tragic events in the Lake District) providing emergency aid/support in a vast geograhical area.
