Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
At the age of 4 I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and during that time, I was given a wish by the Starlight Foundation. The wish had to provide stimulating experiences while in a hospital and I wished for a computer.
This developed my interest in computers and the internet, which later in my treatment turned out to be a real gift.
During my time in hospital, my father and I set up a website which I used to communicate with my school friends and family and it sparked a fire in my fight knowing how much support I really had from around the world.
Dreams Come True are another "Wish Maker" charity who have been part of the UK Forum All-Stars for many years and this year it is them I have the privilege of raising some much needed funds for!
They help children and young people who have a serious or life limiting medical condition, of which I was one at one stage.
The charity could've been the one to give me a wish if Starlight weren't there and that wish made a humongous deal to me. You can help somebody just like me with a donation of any sort.
UK Forum All-Stars has become a yearly tradition with me, over four events I've raised a total of £1,312 for three different charities. This year, my target is to round it up to £1,750. I need YOUR help to raise £438 to get there!
I finally get the honour of donning the Orange and Purple balloons this July. It's fair to say, I can. Not. Wait.
