As its nearly autumn ,i'm going to have to drag  my ageing carcass around these beautiful Royal parks one more time in order to raise money for CLEFT. A very worthy cause and deserving of my time and effort.Please help me to help these children;no amount is too small and it only takes a couple of minutes to donate on line.

This charity aims to research the unanswered problems in improving care for children born with cleft lip and palate.They aim to push the boundaries of conventional treatment by funding research into improving operating techniques and by looking at the underlying reasons for cleft deformities.
