As a GP I'm passionate about providing great care for our communities and increasingly our population is getting older with growing needs not easily met by healthcare alone. In Craven 26% of our population is over 65 and predicted to be 36% by 2030. Age UK provides a fantastic resource for our older citizens across multiple issues including digital inclusion and connecting people, health and well being and advice and support.
