In March 2009 my son was diagnosed with Epilepsy and our world changed dramatically overnight. He was subject to various tests which provided the diagnosis, then we were left to our own devices. We were not given any onformation about his condition, the possible side effects of his mediaction or told where else to find information.

Thankfully we had access to the internet and i trawled loads of useful epilepsy sites. Of which, The Muir Maxwell Trust provided us with lots of advice, support and most importantly an epilepsy alarm, which has provided us with peace of mind that should my son have a seizure in the night then i will be alerted and be able to attend to him to prevent him chocking or dying in his sleep. As you can imagine this alarm is a vital piece of equipment to provide us with reasurance. I cannot begin to explain how many sleepless night's i had before this gift. The trust provided it free and i would like to repay them by raising funds for them.

I would appreciate any donation you can make and hope to reach £100 target. Thankyou for your support. Please tell your family & friends about this too & lets see how much support we can get.
