Story

PLEASE SUPPORT ME!

I am taking part in a Firewalk to raise funds for my charity! and am absolutely pooping it!..... Never the less, I WILL do it!

I will be walking over HOT COALS for the Martha Trust along with 29 others on Wednesday, 28th October, 2009 @ Basepoint Business Centre Car Park in Folkestone, just off J13.  Glasswalk at 5.30-6.00pm and Firewalk 8.00-8.30pm.

I am trying to raise a target sponsorship of £500 - PLEASE SPONSOR ME!

As Fundraiser for Martha Trust, I felt I should take part in this worthwhile event to raise funds for the charity.

There will be 20 Glasswalkers including Adam Dowling presenter from KMFM, Entertainment, Tombola, kids  fancy dress competition, live band, toffee apples, stalls, candy floss and BBQ - come along and support us.

**For further info on the Fire walk or to register to walk, please call or email Serita Boxall on 01304 610448 / seritaboxall@marthatrust.org.uk / www.marthatrust.org.uk

MARTHA TRUST owns three residential homes in East Kent and Hastings, East Sussex, providing lifelong, loving care for 30 people with profound and multiple disabilities.  Our residents have activity and therapy plans especially designed for their individual needs and well-being.  These activities require specialist staff and equipment and martha Trust needs to raise £250,000 every year to do this.  The activities themselves are as diverse as our residents' interests, and include music, art and sensory therapyies, hydrotherapy, holidays, outings and visits to the theatre.  Along with the loving care provided by Martha Trust our specialist activities and therapies mean that our residents, respite and daycare users are happy, healthy and fulfilled.
