Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to run/crawl the 10k Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run on Sunday 1st October. For those who know me, know I hate to run, so please please do donate so I feel worthy of putting myself through the pain :)

I am putting myself through this as I am fundraising for those fleeing Rohingya from persecution following violence in Mayanmar.  Far from home and afraid for their lives, most are now dependent on aid for all their basic needs – food, water, shelter and medical care.

Treated worse than animals, this dehumanisation of the Rohingya people has become ethnic cleansing in Myanmar. Human rights violations and destruction are rife, with women raped, children abused and villages burned to the ground. Homes, shops and entire villages are being burned to the ground. Dozens of refugees, including children, are missing and presumed dead.
