My Team and I are raising money for Niamh's Next Step. Niamh's Next Step raises money in aid of research into Neuroblastoma - a rare form of cancer that usually affects children under the age of 5. They also offer support families that are affected by this terrible form of cancer.

I think it can be said (unfortunately) that everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. Whether that be personally, family, friends or loved ones. We believe that Niamh's Next Step is an incredibly worthy cause.

To raise money, we will be attempting to complete 24 Hero Workouts in 24 Hours. This means doing 1 Hero Workout every hour on the hour!

For those that don't know, Hero Workouts are CrossFit workouts that have been written in honour of Service Men and Women who have died in the line of duty. As a result, they are some of the hardest workouts in CrossFit.
