Many sincere thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am very pleased to inform you that On Sunday 11th July 2010, I successfully RAN  at the tenth anniversary of the Asics British 10K London run in support of -Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation-(DRWF),Charity which has committed  £6 million to research in the UK (see the article on the Liverpool Daily Post website on me running in support of DRWF here... http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/liverpool-news/regional-news/2010/07/06/retired-liverpool-doctor-runs-10k-race-for-diabetes-research-and-wellness-foundation-92534-26792113/)

Throughout my life I have been a keen fundraiser for charities. Please do see selection of photos: 

*Presenting a cheque to Late Mother Teresa of Calcutta. 

*Fundraising reception at Kensington Palace, organised by me on behalf of HRH Prince of Wales, for Indian Earthquake ( Raised £15,000.00)and  presenting plate of FRIENDSHIP to HRH Prince of Wales, in presence of high commissioner of India his excellency Late Dr L M Singhvi;

*Presenting a cheque (£20,000.00) to then Prime minister of India, late Rajiv Gandhi, for orphans of Bhopal gas Tragedy..

DRWF is a young national charity who fund vital research into diabetes and provide support to people living with the condition.  Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, in just over ten years DRWF has committed nearly £6 million to research in the UK.

Please help me to raise as much money as possible for DRWF to support people living with diabetes and to help towards finding a cure for this debilitating condition.
