Hello and thanks for visiting my page.

I am doing two event for the Royal British Legion this year.

Firstly, the Mazda London Triathlon. I know I can run (albeit slowly) and I know I can cycle. But the question is, can I do both of those things after a swim?! We shall find out on 7th August!

Secondly, I am joining 300 people to Pedal to Paris. We leave Greenwich Park in London on 2nd September and arrive at the Eiffel Tower in Paris on 5th September.

UPDATE

Well, I have now completed my first triathlon! I finished in 1:21:31 and was 88th out f 109 (not too bad as I was 105th as I got out of the water!). Now to concentrate on the cycling in preparation for the Pedal to Paris in little over three weeks time! Eek!
