Update 26th April 2010.

Well, I did it! I can't believe that despite injuring my leg just before Easter, I managed to finish the race in 3 hours 58 minutes, 58 seconds. It was my absolute dream to finish a marathon in under 4 hours, so I can't acually believed I managed it!  The whole experience was unbelievable, and the crowd support all the way round was amazing. I had my name printed on the front and back of my shirt, and felt like a superstar with everybody shouting my name all the way round. It was a massive boost, especially in the last few, painful miles! My sister Gwen and her husband came to London with me, and it was fantastic to see them twice near Canary Wharf, waving their Welsh flags and shouting encouragement to me. They also escorted me home again on the train, feeling dreadful and really stiff - if they hadn't dragged me to Euston I'd probably have found a cozy place in a park somewhere to curl up and go to sleep!!

Today I feel a lot better after a night's sleep, but can't move! Going down the stairs is the worst and I'm either having to go backwards or on my bum - really elegant - and anything that falls on the floor today is going to have to stay there, as there's no way I'm going to be able to get up again if I kneel down!

Gwion and I have been so lucky to have a healthy baby, but many families aren't as lucky and the hospices do fantastic work for sick children and their families here in North Wales.

Wel, dwi di llwyddo! Fedra i'm credu fy mod i wedi gorffen y marathon mewn 3 awr 58 munud 58 eiliad, er mod i wedi brifo fy nghoes cyn Pasg. Roeddwn i wedi breuddwydio am orffen marathon mewn llai na 4 awr, a dyma fi wedi gwneud! Roedd y profiad yn anhygoel, a chefnogaeth y dorf yr holl ffordd yn ffantastic. Roeddwn i wedi cael printio fy enw ar flaen a chefn fy nghrys, ac roeddwn i'n teimlo fel celeb go iawn efo pobl yn gwaeddi fy enw ym mhob man. Roedd o'n andros o hwb, yn enwedig yn ystod y milltiroedd poenus ar y diwedd. Daeth Gwen a'i gwr efo fi i Llundain, ac roedd o'n wych i'w gweld nhw ddwywaith yn ymyl Canary Wharf, yn chwifio baneri Cymru a gwaeddi arna i. Mi wnaethon nhw'n sicr mod i'n cyrraedd adra'n saff hefyd, yn teimlo'n wael ac yn methu symud. Dwi'n hynod ddiolchgar eu bod nhw wedi fy llusgo i ar y tren, neu yno byswn i mae'n siwr!!

Heddiw dwi'n teimlo dipyn yn well ar ol noson o gwsg, ond dwi'n methu symyd!! Cerdded i lawr y grisiau ydi'r anodda, a dwi'n gorfod mynd wysg fy nghefn neu ar fy mhen ol!! Bydd rhaid i unrhyw beth sy'n disgyn ar y llawr aros yno, achos does na'm ffordd yn y byd y bydda i'n gallu plygu i lawr!

Mae cyfle dal i fod gennych i fy noddi i. Rydw i'n defnyddio'r marathon er mwyn codi pres ar gyfer hosbisis plant Ty Gobaith. Mae Gwion a fi wedi bod mor lwcus i gael babi iach, ond mae llawer o deuluoedd nad ydynt mor lwcus ac mae'r hosbisis yn gwneud gwaith arbennig dros blant sal iawn a'u teuluoedd.

Rhowch be allwch chi os gwelwch yn dda, er mwyn galluogi i'r hosbisis gynnal eu gwaith anhygoel.
