Following a Degree in Economics, Cubby aka Siddhartha spent sometime working as a porter in City Hospital Sunderland and thereafter as a Foundation 2 doctor. He enjoyed his time and training in the ICCU very much.

The family are strong supporters of the NHS and particularly the role played by City Hospitals Sunderland in looking after the people of Wearside. It is with the deepest admiration and gratitude for this institution that they would be grateful for donations to the ICCU in the name of their son, Siddhartha.
