A couple of years ago I suffered with being overweight with no energy at all.

I decided to tackle my problem head on, started to eat healthily and took up running - started with 5K run, progressed to 10K runs and finally ended up running my 4th Half Marathon this March 2010.

As I count on running several 10K runs this year and 4 more Half Marathons, would like to put my activities out there to raise money for the charity and support a good cause.

The next runs take place throughout May (2 x 10Ks), June (1x 10K),  July (2x 10K, 1x 5K and 1x Half Marathon) and August (1x 10K and 1x Half Marathon) and I am counting on beating my personal bests for each of these runs and finally manage a Half Marathon under 2 hours.
