Oxfam is a charity that people normally associate with those who simply don't have enough to eat.  Family, friends and colleagues know that I certainly don't fall into this category, hence a good walk may well do me some good as well as raise money for a worthy cause.

Unencumbered by concerns of "over-training", I'm looking forward to the challenge of the Oxfam Trailtrekker 40km and I hope that you feel my efforts are worthy of a few quid.
